<h3 class="tw-data-text tw-text-large XcVN5d tw-ta" dir="ltr" data-placeholder="Übersetzung">Zutaten für 4 Portionen:</h3>
<p>– 200 g Cashews (über Nacht einweichen)<br />
– 200 ml heißes Wasser<br />
– 1 EL Agavendicksaft<br />
– 1 Joghurt Ferment, vegan (ca. 2,5 g für 0,5 L)</p>
<p>Utensilien: Mixer, Wärmflasche</p>

<h3>Zubereitung:</h3>
<ol>
<li>Cashewkerne über Nacht (oder 8 Stunden) in einer Schüssel mit Wasser bedeckt im Kühlschrank einweichen. Wasser abgießen und die Kerne abtropfen.</li>
<li>Die eingeweichten Cashews mit dem heißen Wasser in einen Mixer geben und alles gut mixen.</li>
<li>Das Ferment zugeben und nochmals kurz mixen. Die Masse in ein sauberes Gefäß füllen:</li>
<li>Nun muss die Masse an einem konstant warmen Ort mit 40° für ca. 8 Stunden reifen:<br />
dazu eine Wärmflasche mit heißem Wasser füllen und diese zusammen mit dem Joghurt in den Ofen legen. Der Ofen wird die Temperatur der Wärmflasche speichern. Ihr könnt die Wärmflasche nach 4 Std. erneut mit heißem Wasser füllen um sicher zu gehen, dass die Temperatur warm genug bleibt.Bei mir ist der Joghurt bei warmen Temperaturen auch schon auf der Fensterbank gereift. Aber bitte nicht direkt in die Sonne stellen.</li>
