<p>Hier findest Du ein ganz einfaches Rezept, dem Du selbst Nüsse und Samen nach Geschmack zufügen kannst. Die Tartelettes können auch am Vortag gebacken werden, so dass sie ganz gemütlich am Morgen nur noch mit etwas pflanzlichem Joghurt und Beeren getoppt werden.</p>
<p>Für sommerliche Stimmung habe ich dem Joghurt etwas vegane Lebensmittelfarbe untergemischt (im Bioladen erhältlich).</p>

<p>– 150 g Nüsse, Samen &#8230; nach Belieben<br />
– 200 g Haferflocken<br />
– 5 EL Agavendicksaft<br />
– 50 g Kokosfett / Kokosöl</p>
<p>Außerdem:<br />
– etwa 300 g Joghurt<br />
– Früchte nach Wahl</p>

<h3>Zubereitung:</h3>
<ol>
<li>Nüsse, Samen und Haferflocken in einem Mixer zerkleinern (es soll aber kein Mehl entstehen).</li>
<li>Das Kokosfett schmelzen.</li>
<li>Nun alle Zutaten in einer Schüssel mischen. 10 Minuten stehen lassen.</li>
<li>6 Tartelette-Formen einfetten. Mit je etwa 4 EL der Masse füllen. Mit Hilfe eines kleinen Löffels und den Fingern die Granola-Masse in die Form drucken und einen Rand bilden. In der Mitte sollte eine leichte Mulde entstehen.</li>
<li>Bei 175°C Ober-Unterhitze 10 Minuten backen. Die Granola-Tartelettes in den Formen abkühlen lassen.</li>

– 1 Dose Kokosmilch (am Vortag kühl stellen, damit sie fest wird!), vollfett<br />
– 2 Bananen (in Scheiben geschnitten)</p>

</div><div class="uncode_text_column text-lead" ><p><strong>Für die Crêpes:</strong> Milch, Spinat und Mehl kurz in den Mixer geben. Das Mehl als letztes, da es sonst Klumpen geben kann. Mixen bis eine homogene Masse entsteht.</p>
<p>Pfanne mit etwas Öl vorheizen. Jeden Crêpe 1 min. von jeder Seite braten.</p>
<p><strong>Für die Füllung:</strong> Mango scheiden und pürieren (tiefgekühlte Mango in einem Kochtopf unter geringer Hitze vorsichtig auftauen, dann pürieren). Die Kokosmilch mit dem Handrührgerät aufschlagen. Jeden Crêpe mit Kokoscreme, Mangosauce und Bananenscheiben füllen.</p>

Die Farbe ist in echt sogar noch leuchtenden als auf dem Bild.</p>
<p>Obwohl Chiapudding so schnell zubereitet ist, stelle ich ihn gerne bereits am Vorabend in den Kühlschrank. Auch das Nusstopping kann am Vorabend gemacht werden. Aber unter der Woche ist man froh um jede Minute, die es einzusparen gibt 🙂</p>
<p>Wer sich den zusätzlichen Zucker bei den Nüssen am Morgen sparen will, streut die Nüsse einfach so darüber. Wer es gerne sehr süß mag, rührt noch etwas Süße in den Chiapudding oder gibt eine weiter Banane in den grünen Joghurt.</p>

<p>Für 2 Portionen:</p>
<p>Für den Chiapudding:<br />
&#8211; 2 gehäufte EL Chiasamen<br />
&#8211; 1/2 Tasse pflanzliche Milch</p>
<p>Für die grüne Joghurtschicht:<br />
&#8211; 2 Hand voll Babyspinat<br />
&#8211; 1 reife Banane<br />
&#8211; 4 EL pflanzlicher Joghurt (ich habe Kokosjoghurt mit Vanille verwendet)</p>
<p>Für die karamellisierten Nüsse als Topping:<br />
&#8211; eine Hand voll Nüsse nach Wahl<br />
&#8211; 1 TL Zucker</p>
<p>Optional als Topping: alles was schmeckt 🙂<br />
Ich habe mit je einem TL Joghurt und etwas Matchapulver zu den Nüssen getoppt.</p>

<li>Für den Chiapudding die Chiasamen mit der Milch mischen und 30 Minuten quellen lassen.</li>
<li>Für die grüne Schicht: alle Zutaten in einen Mixer geben und pürieren.</li>
<li>Für das Nuss-Topping: Zucker in eine Pfanne oder in einen Topf geben. Wenn der Zucker anfängt braun zu werden und karamelisiert, sofort die Nüsse unter mischen. Wenn der Zucker vollständin braun ist mit Hilfe eines Löffel die Nüsse zu zwei Haufen auf einen Teller legen. Kurz abkühlen lassen.</li>
<li>Schichten: den Chiapudding in zwei Gläser füllen, darauf den grünen Joghurt. Mit Nüssen toppen.</li>

<li>Toastbrotscheiben mit einem Nudelholz flach walzen. Bananen mit einer Gabel zerdrücken.</li>
<li>Die flachen Scheiben dünn mit der flüssigen Schokolade bestreichen. Auf jeder Scheibe in der Mitte einen Streifen Bananenmuss verteilen.</li>
<li>Scheiben vorsichtig zusammenrollen, und in einer heißen Pfanne mit etwas Fett von allen Seiten je ca. 1 Minute golden braten. Vorsicht, dass der Toast nicht anbrennt.</li>
<li>Optional mit Puderzucker bestreuen und mit Beeren belegen.</li>
